You’ll notice the January to May Surge this year seems to prove that Gretchen Koitz’s famed super bowl theory is back. WE noticed this trend anecdotally but have yet to put data to it. Interesting.

Actually, take a read at one of her Greater Bethesda News It’s actually True (+/- a week). But this trend, like other seasonal trends, went under water the following three years during the meltdown. It’s nice to see some that semblance of market stability. It may not last but it serves as one positive indicator for fall market activity. We shall see…
* Note, Bethesda 20814 covers a much arger area than the close in Bethesda suburbs and downtown Bethesda. This said, 20814 is the best we have without digging further into MLS data.
