In terms of pricing, a smaller, older, single-family home in Silver Spring, Rockville, Wheaton or Gaithersburg, for example, can be purchased in Montgomery County for as little as about $300,000..while estates in parts of Chevy Chase or in Potomac can go beyond $10 million.
